Tasting Notes


Colour : Golden Yellow.

Nose : Very sensual. Light sherry aromas, reminiscent of raspberry macarons, replacing the usual fig and dried fruit notes. Fragrance of blackberry and mandarin enhanced by exotic hints of ginger and flowers, evolving into vanilla cake aromas.

Palate : Rich and fruity, sweet, and even more feminine compared to other Sherry cask bottlings. Oranges, grapes, and cherries; plum jam. A beautiful range of spices (cinnamon, pepper, and anise) complements the leather and oak notes.

Profile : Intense and spicy.
