Let’s start the Samai Distillery tour with a unique recipe from the Samai website. An original creation featuring the Samai Kampot Pepper.
50 mL Samai Kampot Pepper Rum
15 mL pressed apple juice
5-10 mL honey syrup (1:1 honey &water, ideally a light, floral honey)
3 drops of aromatic bitters
In a shaker, add the ice cubes, Samai Kampot Pepper Rum, apple juice and honey syrup.
Shake vigorously. Double strain into a chilled Champagne coupe.
