Nose : Varnish, wood putty, balsamic vinegar and musk set the tone for a thundering first nose. Allowed to breathe, apricot kernels, heather honey, the flavors of raspberry eau-de-vie and salted butter caramel testify to the depth of the aromatic palette.
Palate : Cinnamon, freshly-grated ginger, coconut, coffee, liquorice, caramel, biscuits, rose petals, candied orange, pineapple and marzipan throughout the palate.
Finish : The start of the finish is abundantly fruity (fresh fig, banana, pineapple, candied orange, Napoleon cherry). Gourmet (almond paste, raisin cake), it lingers on with notes of zan, quince jelly, rose petal and Turkish delight.
