Tasting Notes

Colour : Old gold.

Nose : Rich, pulpy. Expressive, the aromatic palette first reveals concentrated notes of candied lemon, exotic fruits (banana, pineapple), wildflower honey, and vanilla. It then moves towards more heady (broom, mimosa) and peppery territories.

Palate : Both lively and creamy. Energized by the presence of citrus, the mouthfeel is simultaneously creamy and vanilla-like. Next, flavors of mirabelle and fresh walnuts, along with herbal notes (cut hay), create the perfect harmony.

Finish : Long and silky. Juicy (white grape, candied pear), the finish has a very delicate grainy texture. Indulgent (flan), it also invites you to chew on a stick of licorice. The retro-nasal olfaction is refreshingly minty and cereal-like (rye).
