Tasting Notes

Nose : Rich and deep. Notes of cereals and ripe fruits (apple, pear), followed by a medley of spices (cinnamon, nutmeg), dried fruits (almond, apricot), and candied citrus (grapefruit, lemon) wrapped in precious wood and beeswax.

Palate : Balanced and enveloping. A fruity sweetness (mirabelle plum, prune) emerges. The dryness detected on the nose fades, revealing only a hint of malty barley bitterness that adds a subtle green touch without dominating. Vanilla and tropical fruits (pineapple, mango, guava) enhance its creamy texture.

Finish : Long and firm. Spices (with the addition of clove) blend seamlessly with delicate notes of oak, vanilla, and fresh nuts. The candied citrus notes become fresher and juicier, punctuated by ethereal floral (linden) and herbal (mint) nuances.
