Rum Zenn is an unaged rum, which was very quickly brought into contact with ex-Bourbon American oak barrels in order to tint the rum with amber reflections, and to create a more spicy and sweet aromatic profile, with slight notes of vanilla and brown sugar, ideal for adding complexity to classic punches and cocktails.
