Palate : Thick and creamy. All the fruit jellies in the world! Dried apple, baked pear, banana, kiwi, mandarin. Marmalade and coconut blossom sugar provide a broader sugar spectrum base to maintain the balance of vibrant fruits. Fine tannic structure, very delicate.
Finish : The fine tannic structure continues, and a beautiful depth opens up: cola, dates, rye bread, honey, beeswax. Aniseed, red bell peppers, basil, coconut, with a hint of grapefruit and blackcurrant.
