Traditionally made from molasses, this rum is very aromatic as you would expect from this distillery, with a fresh, minty and woody nose.

Its olfactory intensity is also found on the palate, thanks to the strong oak extraction of its first years of tropical maturation. The Sherry cask finish gives it a round character that balances the esters, which gives a very juicy taste, both spicy and sweet. Cinnamon, herbal extracts and a certain dark leathery quality build in intensity to a particularly warm and slightly astringent finish.
