Distilled in 2008 and matured for 16 years in a first-fill American oak sherry butt, this Royal Brackla single malt was bottled at natural strength as part of Symington’s Choice, a range showcasing exceptional cask selections by Andrew Symington, founder of Signatory Vintage. Drawn from the bottler’s cellars in Pitlochry, the range highlights distinctive whiskies selected for their individual character and quality. This expression presents a rich and silky profile, opening with notes of dates, honey and cinnamon. Its extended maturation in a first-fill sherry cask brings depth and complexity while allowing the generous fruit character associated with Royal Brackla to shine through.
