The Sanchez distillery is a small family business that has been established for over 150 years in Candelaria Yegolé, a village in the state of Oaxaca.

For four generations, the maestro mezcaleros Sanchez have been succeeding one another from father to son to produce artisanal mezcals of exceptional quality.

The Mexicano agave is one of the least used agaves in the production of Mezcal. Its maturity period is reached after 10 to 12 years of growth.

This defines the complex character of this mezcal, which is both fruity and herbal, with also sweet and buttery notes.
