The Pure Kentucky XO Small Batch Bourbon is part of the Small Batch Boutique Bourbon Collection launched in the 90s by the Willett distillery. Hand-bottled, the Pure Kentucky XO is a true Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Without an age statement, it is aged for nearly twelve years in oak barrels, developing incredibly spicy aromas that blend with notes of toffee and wood. It is crafted from 85% High Corn (72% corn, 13% rye, 15% malted barley) and 15% Low Corn (52% corn, 38% rye, 10% malted barley). The Pure Kentucky XO Small Batch Bourbon won a double gold medal in 2005 at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
