Tasting Notes
Nose : Balanced cinnamon, clove essential oil, and white pepper with notes of ripe apples and pears, all on a background of toasted oak.
Palate : Spicy. Cinnamon, green peppers, and a hint of nutmeg blend easily with orchard fruits, vanilla, and toasted oak. All these flavors rest on a base of crisp barley.
Finish : The lingering oils of the Pot Still and spices slowly give way to wood and barley.
