Tasting Notes

Nose : Apple, pear and peach initially. Hints of rich peat and black cherry. Pineapple, all manner of citrus zests (especially lemon and lime), and Earl Grey tea. Powdered ginger leads into a rounded maltiness. Vanilla and toasted desiccated coconut.

Palate : Sweet biscuity notes with touches of cinnamon. Apple juice, muesli, banana and honey. Wild strawberry. Very breakfast-like at first! An oily texture with subtle peat again.

Finish : Sultana, vanilla and then a creaminess infused with hay and meadowsweet. Hints of cocoa powder in the finish.
