Nardini grappa is probably the only traditional grappa to enjoy homogeneous production year after year, thanks to its two distilleries with alternate cycles. It is stripped of fatty elements after a year of resting in vats and is bottled at 50% in accordance with ancient tradition.

TASTING NOTE

  • Nose : rich, assertive character. Please note: this product must be aired. Notes of parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes open with jasmine and pine resin.
  • Palate : lively, precise. ‘Grappa’. Cheese and sun-dried tomato, grape stalk and grapes are expressed here with flair and radiance.
  • Overall : long, rich. Stone-fruit (apricot, plum). A fresh grape aftertaste. A fantastic, fresh feeling. An endless, lingering palate.
