The Mhoba rum, with a “funky” Jamaican spirit, is made from fresh Nkomazi cane juice grown at the Mhoba sugar estate in South Africa. This new version of Strand’s 101 reduced to 50.5% is a blend of Select Reserve Glass Cask Rum and Pot Stilled High Ester White Rum. The result is a wonderful balance between charred American oak with caramelized, smoky, and vanilla notes and a naturally sweet and bold rum.
