Winegrowers in Saintonge for over two centuries, the Merlet family installed their first still in St Sauvant around 1850.

In the 1970s, it diversified its activity by adding a Cassis plantation. The birth of Crème de Cassis de la Saintonge Boisée made it possible to develop a complete range of Crèmes de Fruits, today unanimously recognized, which it offers in the form of boxes of 3 bottles of 20cl.
