Colour : Lightest gold.
Nose : Fragrant vanilla pod combines with lemon zest and ripe banana. Hints of passion fruit develop alongside malted biscuit and toasted oak.
Palate : Sweet tropical fruit complements poached pear and honeysuckle. Subtle cocoa powder comes to the fore, giving way to orange marmalade and black pepper.
Finish : Medium-bodied with lingering citrus fruit and apple.
