Tasting Notes

Nose : Notes of grape marc, a fairly vegetal and dry nose. There are hints of driftwood and vanilla, an undeniable influence from the barrel.

Palate : The barrel is clearly expressed with a masterful note of vanilla and a fairly pastry-like accord on chocolate and coffee marble cake. Always with a beautiful frankness and straightforwardness with the return of notes of dry oak, acacia, and cedar (cigar box).

Finish : Vanilla in all its nobility is still found long in the finish. Very pure, without sweetness, it brings roundness and comforting warmth to this Guyana with a Cistercian profile at first.
