Meaning ‘The Beauty of the Seasons’, The Kyoto Distillery’s KI NO BI is the first gin to be distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto. Celebrating the distillery’s distinct Japanese accent, this set includes The Kyoto Distillery’s KI NO BI as well as two other signature gins.
Firstly, KI NO BI Dry Gin is crafted with 11 botanicals including yellow yuzu from the north of Kyoto Prefecture, hinoki cypress wood chips, bamboo, ginger, gyokuro green tea from the Uji region and green sanshō peppercorn berries. It is then distilled in six flavour categories. Then there’s KI NO BI SEI – whilst the production method is the same as KI NO BI, the ratios are different in order to achieve the right balance for a higher concentration. Last but not least, KI NO TEA is an exclusive blend of gyokuro and tencha teas with a sweet and creamy flavour.
