Tasting Notes
Colour : Pale gold.
Nose : Fresh, elegant. A first olfactory sequence of vanilla and menthol is shortly followed by the emergence of malty, biscuity, and gently spiced (cinnamon) aromas. With aeration, the aromatic palette naturally becomes medicinal (balm, arnica) and resinous (pine).
Palate : Dynamic, full-bodied. Powdery (cinnamon, cocoa), the taste palette quickly evolves towards subtle lemony and indulgent (meringue) flavors. Supported by stronger spices (pepper, clove), it gradually becomes vanilla and milky (coconut, rice cake).
Finish : Long, balanced. Intimately linked to the palate, the finish takes increasingly exotic (passionfruit, pineapple) and tangy (orange) paths. In retro olfaction, flavors of green walnut and aromas of mushrooms intertwine delightfully.
