Part of La Maison du Whisky’s exclusive FLAG SERIES, this limited-edition single cask celebrates the individuality and craftsmanship of world-class rum producers. Distilled at Sain Lucia’s only active distillery, founded in 1972 at the base of volcanic terrain, the spirit is crafted from molasses fermented for nearly two days and distilled in a traditional Vendôme pot still, a style known for producing richly expressive, full-bodied rum.

Aged for two years under tropical conditions before spending a further nineteen years in continental maturation, this 21 year old release captures both sides of its long evolution. The intensity of its youthful, smoky character has softened into a refined and layered profile, where volcanic minerality, warm spice and indulgent chocolate-led notes unfold with remarkable elegance.

The result is a rum of depth and poise: generous, complex and unmistakably Saint Lucian, offering a long, expressive finish that reflects decades of patient ageing and expert cask stewardship.
