Founded in 1825 near Pitlochry in the Scottish Highlands, Edradour Distillery is one of Scotland’s smallest traditional distilleries. Now owned by Andrew Symington, the distillery has expanded its reputation through innovative wine cask finishes and the production of the heavily peated Ballechin range, while preserving its handcrafted approach that gives its whiskies a rich and characterful style.
This Edradour 2017 No.2 was matured in a sherry butt and bottled at 100 Proof (57.1%), showcasing the distillery’s signature richness and depth. Fully sherry-matured, it offers a powerful Highland single malt with layered aromas, a creamy texture and an indulgent profile shaped by dried fruits, spice and dark chocolate.
