Nestled in the Highlands near Pitlochry, Edradour is one of Scotland’s smallest traditional distilleries, renowned for producing rich, oily and characterful single malts. Its distinctive house style has been complemented over the years by a wide range of innovative cask finishes, helping establish Edradour as a producer of increasingly expressive and individual whiskies.
This 2015 vintage Edradour, selected and bottled by Signatory Vintage, was matured for 10 years in a 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry cask. The highly active cask brings a deep and concentrated sherry influence to the naturally rich spirit, layering black fruit, cocoa, caramel and toasted oak over its dense Highland character. The result is an intense and generous whisky with a rich, warming profile.

Palate: Rich and coating, with dates, plum and dark chocolate. Sweet spices and toasted oak add warmth and depth.
Finish: Long and warming, with lingering dried fruits, mocha and a subtle tannic edge.
