François Voyer XO Premier Cru is a blend of 10 to 25 year-old cognacs, distilled on the lees and aged for three years in new, medium toast Limousin oak barrels, and then in casks in a damp cellar. Dilution with distilled water is carried out gradually (with a maximum of 5% per dilution every six months to a year) so as to develop optimal finesse and complexity.
