The story of Citadelle begins in 1775, when France’s first gin distillery was established within the citadel of Dunkirk under royal privilege. Originally transported in small casks as a contraband product destined for England, the historic gin was revived in 1989 using the small Cognac stills of the Pierre Ferrand estate in Angeac, at the heart of the Grande Champagne terroir.

Citadelle 0 reimagines the spirit in an entirely alcohol-free format. Bright and refreshing, it captures the lively character of juniper alongside delicate spices and citrus through a unique hydrodistillation process. Entirely alcohol-free and sugar-free, it offers a complex and expressive alternative while retaining the freshness and botanical character associated with Citadelle.
