Tasting Notes

Colour : Old gold.

Nose : Fine, deep. At first whiff, superb notes of ripe apples emerge from the glass. Upon aeration, these are enveloped by a fine layer of wax. Then, it’s the turn of spices to come into play (pepper, clove) before the aromatic palette extends to perfumes of white flowers and candied fruits (lemon, orange, banana).

Palate : Lively, dynamic. Spicy (Cayenne), the mouthfeel opens with flavors of almond milk and freshly squeezed juicy apple. More herbaceous (meadow, alfalfa), the mid-palate takes us into the midst of an orchard. Scents of apple trees in bloom perfume the tasting palette.
