Aged in French oak casks for at least six years to create the famous Chamarel XO, composed of about 70% rum from the column still and 30% from the pot still, this rum continued its evolution with an additional two years of aging in first-fill Moscatel casks.

Nose : Powdery, spicy. Ripe plum and prune. Spices (clove), notes of grapes, figs, jasmine, plantain banana.
Palate : Spicy. Jasmine, cranberry, rosemary.
Finish : Long. Vanilla, brown sugar, and dried plums.
