CHALONG BAY white spiced rum
This Asian twist on the traditional spiced rum is distilled with organic, first-press Thai sugarcane and 9 natural, exotic Thai and Southeast Asian botanicals, such as Thai sweet basil, chilli, coffee, vanilla, cinnamon and pandan.
All of the ingredients are ethically grown and harvested in partnership with small-scale local farmers without field burning, chemical pesticides or fertilizers. Along with an imported copper still from France, we craft Chalong Bay White Spiced without any additives, added sugar or flavour enhancers, utilizing a rare and specialized distillation process which extracts the natural botanical essences for that pure, extra smooth tropical taste.
Nose: Intense notes of cinnamon and vanilla.
Mouth: Nice scents of citrus evolving toward richer hints of pastry, marzipan and gingerbread followed by herbal notes such as coriander and dry chilli.
Finale: Long, spicy aftertaste with intense fragrance of cinnamon, coffee and cocoa.
Neat, on the rocks, as a mixer with ginger ale, in cocktails.
