CEYLON ARRACK

$78.00

Produced in Sri Lanka, Ceylon Arrak is made from coconut flower sap, collected, distilled, and aged in Halmilla wood, a native wood of this island. The sap is traditionally harvested by “toddy tappers”, men who climb coconut trees to collect the precious liquid. Ceylon Arrack is produced by Rockland Distilleries Tlc, a pioneering company in the production of high-quality arrack since 1924. It is typically consumed on ice or mixed with a soda such as Fever Tree Ginger Ale in the Sri Lankan style.
