Nose : Subtle, characterised by sweet milky notes. Opens on dried fruits, hazelnut, almond and walnut. Notes of frangipani blossom. Spiced flavours, pepper. Underpinned by citrus fruit (lemon), as well as ripe fruit and Williams pear.
Palate : Rich, full-bodied and yet subtle. Evocative of the acidity of champagne with notes of walnut. Reveals a fruit eau de vie character with pear, mirabelle plum, raspberry.
Finish : It lingers on pepper and citrus. Leaves the palate available.
