Colour : Dark gold.
Nose : Stewed fruit combines with fragrant autumnal spices and cured meat. A hint of dark chocolate develops alongside Morello cherry and rich smoke.
Palate : Sweet Medjool dates intertwine with toasted hazelnuts and Demerara sugar. Black currant jam comes to the fore with soft aniseed and charred oak.
Finish : Full and long with summer berries and bonfire embers.
