Nose : Cured meats give way to fragrant cinnamon and brown sugar. Orange zest combines with spiced apple and raspberry compote.
Palate : Sweet and smoky with forest fruits, white pepper bringing balance. Citrus peel comes to the fore accompanied by charred oak.
Finish : Long and full with walnut.
