Colour : Orange copper.
Nose : Rich, concentrated. Spicy aromas (clove, nutmeg, pepper), blood oranges, toffee, rock sugar, and heady flowers (carnation, hyacinth) form an aromatic palette that boldly showcases its strong personality. With aeration, it becomes both chocolaty, vanilla-scented, and autumnal (dried leaves).
Palate : Lively, slender. Abundantly fruity (banana, pineapple, blueberry, blackberry), the flavor profile smoothly transitions to more vanilla and licorice (zan) notes. Over time, grated ginger and cinnamon lend a delicate touch to the palate. Then, various infusions (verbena, chamomile) arrive at the right moment to refresh the taste buds.
Finish : Long, smooth. Initially vanilla, honeyed (acacia), and grainy (corn, rye), the tasting delightfully returns to exotic territories (banana, pineapple). Finely woody (new oak) and resinous (pine), the aftertaste is nobly spiced (cardamom, saffron), mentholated, and rooty (gentian).
