Made from barley malted by hand at the Warminster maltings, with fermentations lasting seven days or more in open wooden washbacks, Bimber distillery emphasizes traditional methods in every step of production. Their wash still holds 1,000 liters, while the spirit still holds 600 liters, both heated by direct flame to maintain the artisanal character of the whisky.

Since 2015, Bimber has been crafting its whisky in a former garage in West London. This unique location and methodical approach help distinguish Bimber as a producer of resolutely artisanal whisky.

Remarkably balanced and concentrated, this expression features a generous peat. The ashy, oily, and animalistic tones of the peat blend seamlessly into a floral and fruity setting, creating a complex yet harmonious flavor profile with a subtle hint of the Orient.
