Colour : Rich golden yellow.

Nose : Regal, outgoing. Revealing fragrances of pineapple, rice powder, ripe apple, and Bourbon vanilla, the nose exhibits a lot of personality. Upon aeration, aromas of dark chocolate, candied ginger, and fresh nuts add even more depth to the aromatic palette.

Palate : Lively, sleek. Notes of yeast and cereals harmonize wonderfully with rustic (dandelion) and root-like (gentian) flavors. Then, becoming bitter and chocolaty, the palate turns spicy (star anise, curry), and finally honeyed (lavender, acacia).

Finish : Long, warm. Suggesting a Normandy tart, the start of the finish is a true delicacy. Balsamic (lime blossom, pine), the aftertaste cheerfully embarks on a journey to exotic territories (banana, kaffir lime) and infused (verbena, sage).
