Tasting Notes

Colour : Coppery orange.

Nose : Refined, elegant. Candied ginger, dried grapes, and hints of soot immediately give a lot of class to the aromatic palette. With aeration, it becomes more vanilla and roasted (coffee). Then, it brightens with aromas of hyacinth, citrus zest, and roasted mango.

Palate : Bubbly, elegant. On the palate, a medicinal base (balm, mustard) welcomes ground coffee, cinnamon, cloves, and citrus (orange, tangerine). The mid-palate takes us into a cabinetmaker’s workshop.

Finish : Long, silky. The start of the finish is marked by notes of wax, leather, and precious wood. Honeyed (linden, heather), the aftertaste is indulgent (raisin cake, baked apple, juicy melon).
