Description
Tasting Notes
Colour : Old gold
Nose : Rich and creamy. Initially camphorous, ashy, and earthy, the aromatic profile takes an original turn with notes of artichoke hearts and bacon intricately interwoven. It then develops increasingly medicinal tones (balm).
Palate : Both lively and elegant. Airy, the flavor profile is distinctly lemony, while empyreumatic notes (soot, embers) and waxy textures gradually coat the palate. Reminiscent of the crackling of a fireplace, it transitions into glowing ember notes.
Finish : Long and full-bodied. Following the warmth of the palate, the tasting logically progresses to animalistic (leather) and ashy notes. Over time, the finish softens, becoming rustic (dandelion) and honeyed (acacia).
