Nose : Complex, with intense notes of black plums, plums, and melon. Then, a wave of coconut and almond paste blends with notes of dark chocolate. Next comes a scent of vanilla and sweet orange as well as an array of tropical fruits.
Palate : An entry with a pronounced note of dark chocolate that opens up to almond paste and molasses. The mid-palate offers notes of vanilla pods and honey, combined with tropical fruits and subtle lemon notes. There is a delicate minty hint reminiscent of the long tropical aging of this whisky.
Finish : Long, with a note of mint that refreshes the palate.
