Double-Jus is a craft aperitif made from agricultural products found on the limestone soils of the Manche region. It is a subtle blend of Calvados and a must obtained from phenolic and tannic apples. Following the secular know-how of Normandie’s terroir, the Double-Jus is blended immediatly after pressing, by successive remontages. The aging in french oak casks make for a spicy nose and sweet and complex baked apple aromas.
