Planteray pineapple is made using a unique production process. The pineapple skin is brewed with Planteray 3 stars for 7 days to be distilled; the flesh is infused with Planteray Original Dark rum for couple of month then both distillate and infusion are mix together. Planteray pineapple production is limited as it is linked to Victorian pineapple seasonality.
Planteray, formerly known as Plantation Rum, reflects a new name but the same spirit. Packaging may still show Plantation as we transition, but every bottle holds the heritage and character you know and love.
