Dalmore

Dalmore can boast of possessing the oldest stills in the Highlands; one of them has been operational since 1874. Different spirit stills are used, and this unique combination allows for the creation of a very balanced single malt with incredible complexity.

To mature its whisky, Dalmore predominantly uses sherry casks from a wide variety: Oloroso, Amoroso, Mathusalem… sourced from the Gonzales Byass bodega in Andalusia.

This partnership is exceptional in every way. Once the whisky reaches maturity, the various types of casks are blended to create one of the expressions in the range, with an additional four-month resting period to enhance the marriage and harmony of flavors.
