Tasting Notes
Nose : Refined and expressive. A captivating and subtle blend of exotic fruits (mango, passionfruit), ripe fruits (plum, peach), vanilla, and spices (curry, clove, cumin). It takes its time to evolve toward dried fruits (apricot) and licorice.
Palate : Rich and juicy. Milk chocolate and gentle spices (cardamom, cinnamon) give way to malted barley. It develops with freshness and indulgence, featuring quince jelly and fruit liqueur (apricot). Stronger spices (pepper, nutmeg) add a hint of heat.
Finish : Long and dense. Walnut, almond, and coconut milk are brightened by lime. Vanilla notes become increasingly candied (apricot, pear), floral, and exotic (persimmon). The retro-nasal aromas revisit citrus (mandarin, orange) and spices.
