Description
Nose: Rich and complex. At once exotic (mango, persimmon), empyreumatic (apricot kernel), chocolatey with a hint of tar, herbaceous (pipe tobacco), and medicinal (tiger balm, arnica), the aromatic palette is striking in both depth and voluptuousness. With aeration, it becomes increasingly balsamic (pine, cypress) and oxidative (brandied cherry).
Appearance: Coppery orange.
Palate: Lively and invigorating. With a delicate texture reminiscent of peach skin and cocoa bean, the flavour profile reveals luscious notes of marmalade, apricot jam, and praline that gradually coat the palate. Carrot cake flavours confirm its gourmet evolution.
Overall: Full-bodied yet airy. Silky, the finish oscillates between candied ginger, cocoa powder, pecan, and toffee. Equally indulgent, the retronasal aromas are marked by sweet nougatine.
