Tasting Notes

Nose : Delicately elegant and notably fruity (mango, passionfruit), it evolves into citrusy notes (pink grapefruit), green mint, and linden. Then, the leading lady makes her entrance: elderflower, accompanied by red fruits (blueberry, wild strawberry).

Palate : Deliciously velvety, this time the elderflower claims the spotlight. Citrus (lemon) and exotic fruits (pineapple, lychee) linger in the background. Each flavor becomes more syrupy. It extends into notes of dark chocolate and juicy orange.

Finish : Long and reminiscent of other liqueurs (vineyard peach, blackcurrant cream). Then, heady flowers (peonies, lavender) precede hints of hazelnut, coconut milk, and passion fruit. Intense, an empty glass carries a subtle blend of white-fleshed fruits (peach, pear) and exotic fruit yogurt.
