One of the first aged versions of Renegade, this rum was made from the sucrose-rich Lacalome Red variety of sugar cane. Distilled in pot still, these canes were harvested in a field called “Goat Hill” on the “Upper Combe” terroir belonging to the New Baccolet farm.
