PLANTERAY RUM Isle of Fiji

Planteray Isle of Fiji is a celebration of the archipelago’s vivid landscapes, where volcanic soils, warm trade winds and tropical forests shape some of the Pacific’s most expressive sugarcane. Crafted locally from Fijian molasses, the rum is distilled using traditional methods before beginning its journey through Planteray’s signature double-ageing process: an initial tropical maturation in ex-bourbon casks in Fiji, followed by a second, slower refinement in French oak at the Maison Ferrand cellars in Southwest France.

The result is a bright, generous and fruit-forward rum, layered with notes of exotic fruits, raisin, vanilla and delicate spice. A true island-to-continent voyage in flavour, Isle of Fiji captures the warmth, freshness and natural sweetness that define the spirit of Fiji.
