Tasting Notes

Nose: Refined and balanced. Bright citrus (lemon, grapefruit) leads into coconut and milk chocolate, supported by a delicate, salty peat. With aeration, freshly cut grass, vanilla and exotic fruits (pineapple, banana) emerge, deepening the aromatic complexity.

Palate: Full-bodied and rounded. A rich lemon meringue tart sweetness opens the tasting before a gently dry, earthy and saline peat takes hold. Layers of orchard fruits (apple, pear), white florals (lilac, lily), hay, chocolate and radiant malted barley build a structured, harmonious mid-palate.

Finish: Long and elegant. Acacia honey, sweet spices (cinnamon, ginger) and roasted nuts (chestnut, hazelnut) add warmth and maturity. Retro-olfaction reveals cut hay, liquorice and milk chocolate, with a final whisper of herbaceous peat and vanilla in the empty glass.
