Nose : Unctuous, balanced. Honeyed, herbal (green malt, cut hay) and delicately perfumed (rose water), it evolves on spices (ginger), licorice and red fruits (blackberry, raspberry).
Palate : Fine, fruity. It is marked by dry nut and sweet spices (cinnamon). It continues on vanilla, licorice and creamy notes (milk cream).
Finish : Long, gourmet. Both fruity (mirabelle) and floral (lavender), it develops on notes of chocolate and raisin bread.
