Colour: Amber
Nose: Savoury cured meats open the profile, followed by Morello cherry and smooth orange zest. Notes of peanut brittle, blackcurrant and warming cinnamon spice add depth and sweetness.
Palate: Stewed berries and raisins lead, accented by cracked black pepper. Soft milk chocolate emerges before a subtle hint of aniseed and rich smoke takes hold.
Finish: Full and long, with lingering oak, gentle spice and glowing bonfire embers.
