Tasting Notes

Colour : Topaz.

Nose : Both rich and creamy. A mix of malted barley, candied pear, and coconut milk initially, the aromatic palette reveals exceptional balance. With aeration, notes of vanilla, acacia honey, and candied lemon add even more substance.

Palate : Precise, refined. A perfect reflection of the nose, the flavor profile is peppery, root-like (ginger), indulgent (flan), and herbal (hay, alfalfa). Gradually, grated ginger, green licorice, and acacia honey seep into every corner of the palate.

Finish : Long, flavorful. Notes of walnut husk, sage infusion, and rice pudding guide the tasting experience toward greater freshness and indulgence. This evolution is confirmed retro-nasally by the presence of numerous fruits (mirabelle plums, pear, white grape).
