Convocation is the twenty-eighth release in the acclaimed Exceptional Cask Selection (ECS) series from Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados. This limited edition is a single blended rum, combining copper double-retort pot still and twin column Coffey still distillates, all aged for 14 years under tropical conditions.
The blend unites two rums matured entirely on site:
• A 14-year ex-Bourbon cask rum
• A 14-year ex-Madeira cask rum
Bottled at 62% ABV (124 proof), non-chill filtered and additive-free, Convocation exemplifies the authenticity, intensity, and craftsmanship for which Richard Seale and Foursquare are renowned.
